Write to support@pictorium.ca. A person reads every message, usually within two working days. To report something illegal or a child at risk, write to safety@pictorium.ca instead.
Signing in
The first time, enter your email and tap the link we send. If the link doesn't open the app, the page it opens shows a code: copy it and paste it into the app. After that, Pictorium offers Face ID, so you don't need email to sign in on that phone. On a new phone, sign in with the email link again.
Joining a group
You need a code or a link from someone in the group. A personal invitation lets you straight in and works once. The group's shared code or QR puts you on the organizer's list, and they let in the people they recognise. A code stops working when the organizer turns it off or locks the group, or after it expires. Ask them for another.
Photos and videos
Photos and videos are resized on your phone before they're uploaded, and location tags are removed. Nothing in a group is public. Anyone in a group can report a photo, and a person looks at every report. Something already in the group can't be added twice.
Plans, payments and refunds
Free groups keep their photos for 30 days. An Event pass or Big event is one payment for one group and keeps it for 12 months. The Personal plan is a yearly subscription that covers every group you organize. Prices and storage are on the plans section of the home page.
Payments are handled by Apple. To cancel the Personal plan, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. When paid time ends, a group stays viewable for 60 days so everyone can save their photos, and then it is deleted. On a new phone, use Restore purchases on the Plans screen.
Deleting your account
In the app: Me → Delete my account. Your account, and your photos, videos and comments, are deleted everywhere. Groups you alone organize are closed, then deleted after 7 days. This can't be undone. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
